Work with me

Coaching

Lars offers 1-on-1 coaching with committed couples and individuals who are ready to dig deep and take their relationships to the next level.

Relationships and how you relate to every moment define your life. Relationships are the fabric of life.

Love, Intimacy, Family, Work,… the relationship with yourself… everything is “relationship”.

Raise your standards – deepen your relationships with courage and curiosity.

I have been working with clients since 2001. It has been a journey of (un)learning, lots of study and research, personal challenges and love.

My work is dedicated to un-learn what does not serve and focuses on the embodiment of aliveness.

The Sanskrit word asana (from asa-bhuvi meaning to be, to stay, to exist*) is the most popular term people refer to for the body postures while practising.  Similar to my coaching approach, yoga practice is not about ‘becoming’ something but discovering what is already present, not about ‘gaining enlightenment’ or getting somewhere, but redeeming the sahajawasta (natural state)*.  Understanding “what is” and bringing awareness and focus to the path you are on is the first step.  My teaching includes many asanas, some are dynamic and some of static nature.  Exploring polarities within, awareness of breath and mind, limitations and space, your physical body and the whole being you are, will allow you to gain more energy, a flexible and strong body plus a calmer and more focused mind. *credit to Shandor Remete for his research, translation and his incredible and inspiring work as a yoga teacher (for me from 2004-2022)

I completed my teacher training with Sukadev Betz of the Sivananda Tradition in 2001. I founded my own yoga school in 2003, in Halle/ Saale and continued my yoga studies in the Sivananda and other yoga traditions.  Looking back at a quarter of a century of yoga practice I currently practice Sakshin Ghatastha Yoga with Duncan Ewing (since 2009) and continue to deepen my understanding of  Yoga, Archery and Qi-Gong with different teachers from around the world.

For centuries, practitioners have been mapping the human body and linking various limbs, organs, immune responses and even emotions to specific energy points.  According to both Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine, energy (prana or chi) can stagnate at these points. Both systems have healing practices focused on freeing this energy, whether through yoga practice, marma massage or other modalities. Individual sessions are designed to combine a yoga sequence, marma massage and consultation for the best possible outcomes for you.
